At Vorque Tools, we want you to be confident in your purchase.

Change of mind We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the sizing information on the product page carefully before ordering, since the Snap-Fit Ratchet Wrench range is sized in millimetres (10–32mm across the five sizes) rather than a generic small/medium/large fit.

Faulty or incorrect items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us through our [Contact page] within a reasonable time of receiving it, including your order number and a photo of the issue where possible. Depending on the situation, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for a genuinely faulty or incorrect item. For any other return we agree to at our discretion, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
