1. About Our Products
We sell hand tools, currently the Snap-Fit Ratchet Wrench range. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours, finishes, and minor specifications may vary slightly from what's shown on screen. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and may change at any time without notice, though a change in price won't affect an order you've already placed and had confirmed.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including (but not limited to) a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a product being unexpectedly out of stock — if that happens, we'll let you know and refund any payment already taken in full.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details ourselves — that's handled by our payment processor.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping costs, processing times, and estimated delivery windows are set out in our [Shipping Policy]. Delivery estimates are just that — estimates — and we're not responsible for delays caused by the courier network once an order has left us.
